We have extensive experience in offshore and onshore facilities, specialising in asset management services throughout all life cycle phases.
Bilfinger UK are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join us full time on Hinkley Point C. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the smooth running of HR processes and activities across the HPC site, ensuring compliance with BUK HR Policies, Client practices and procedure, and UK regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities- Provide professional human resources advice and support to management in alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain a link between management and employees, providing a catalyst for implementing change and best practices.
- Provide efficient and effective first line support and advice to line managers in a changing environment.
- Manage day-to-day operational HR support in areas such as recruitment, pay & benefits, communication, performance management, discipline, termination, record keeping, and training and development.
- Manage the referencing process for all new starters, verifying information for accuracy and compliance with BUK HR Policy and UK regulatory requirements.
- Manage the Vetting and Identification process for new starters to ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
- Provide support for Visa application processes for key employees from other Bilfinger entities.
- Monitor and chase information related to HR processes to minimise delays in site resourcing and mobilisation.
- Respond to all HR queries to provide accurate information or guidance.
- Ensure all Leavers are processed timely and accurately, ensuring company property is returned and payroll is advised.
- Review and input data onto HR and finance systems/databases for accurate information.
- Deliver administrative support to the HRD and Operational Leads to resolve people and process issues.
- Produce HR Management information for reporting requirements.
- Identify and suggest opportunities to improve HR processes and procedures.
- Degree qualification in HR or related subject.
- Working towards CIPD qualification.
- Based full time on site 5 days a week.
