The Technical Clerk provides vital clerical and technical support to the QA surveillance teams with key responsibilities for:
- Raising tracking and ensuring quality documentation is effectively compiled and controlled.
- Compiling and managing Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs), ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely submission in line with project requirements.
- Uploading, distributing, and managing quality documentation including FUDs, surveillance plans, inspection reports, and relevant technical records.
- Assisting in the management and tracking of RFIs (Requests for Information), FCRs (Field Change Requests), and NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
- Updating and maintaining traceability trackers for materials, welds, and quality records, ensuring robust document and data control.
- Assisting in the tracking of inspection outcomes, including findings, corrective actions, and close-out.
- Providing clerical support including document formatting, filing, version control, and archiving of surveillance-related records.
- Acting as a point of contact for general enquiries regarding the surveillance programme and documentation.
- Any other reasonable activities as requested by the line manager.
This position is based on site on a 10 day on 4 day off rotation, 10 hours a day.
