We are seeking a creative and technical content artist to join our growing team of multidisciplinary creatives and technologists. You’ll play a key role in shaping high-quality visual content and technical pipelines across both offline and real-time workflows, contributing from early-stage concept and pitch through to delivery.
Salary: up to £43k depending on experience

Bild Studios are pioneers in large-scale video experiences, visual engineering, immersive content creation, and virtual production. We deliver technically advanced visual solutions for some of the world’s most ambitious productions - from live experiences and broadcast to virtual and mixed-reality environments. Bild Studios is also the creator of MARS Volume - a 12,000 sqft West London-based Virtual Production (VP) studio facility that provides a full-service boutique solution for both traditional and disruptive film & TV makers across projects of all sizes and budgets.
Key Responsibilities- Creating motion graphics for live installations, based on 2D and 3D workflows
- Producing high-end visuals and renders for pitch documents and client presentations
- Building and preparing 3D assets, including modelling, retopology for real-time use, UV mapping, and PBR material creation
- Work confidently in Unreal Engine to support real-time content, visualisation, and workflow development
- Contribute to the design, improvement and R&D of content pipelines, ensuring efficient and scalable workflows across projects
- Contributing to content creation across immersive, spatial, and virtual production projects
- Collaborating closely with creative, technical, and production teams to deliver cohesive and high-quality outputs
- Working closely with production and technical teams for various projects and deliveries
- Strong experience in motion design (2D & 3D), ideally within immersive, live, or spatial projects
- A highly developed creative eye and strong visual sensibility
- Proven experience with 3D asset pipelines for real-time environments
- Ability to produce polished, presentation-ready visuals to a high standard
- Strong working knowledge of Unreal Engine, with confidence in real-time workflows
- Experience in other real-time graphics systems such as Notch and/or Touchdesigner is welcome
- Comfortable operating across both creative and technical domains, with a problem-solving mindset
- A confident communicator - verbally and in writing - able to engage with both internal teams and clients
- Actively interested in building efficient content pipelines, including exploration of AI-driven workflows
- A strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, asset creation, and Unreal Engine work
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines at the same time
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Positive, calm and solutions-focused attitude
- Able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
- Personable and good sense of humor
- Confident using Google Workspace and Slack
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar would be beneficial

They will be organised, proactive and confident managing multiple projects and deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail. The role requires someone who can work independently when needed, whilst also collaborating effectively with designers, producers and technical teams.
A strong interest in real-time graphics, immersive technologies and AI-driven workflows is key to this role. The ideal candidate will enjoy working at the intersection of creativity and technology and thrive in an environment where ideas are shared, challenged and developed together.
