Position
Cannock Chase Cycle Centre is seeking a Sales Assistant for its trail centre store in Rugeley, Staffordshire.
This role is full‑time, with up to 39 hours per week, including Saturdays and Sundays.
Store hours are 8:45 am – 5 pm, except Tuesdays and Wednesdays when closed.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to all visitors.
- Assist customers in selecting bikes, gear, and accessories that meet their needs and budget.
- Provide expert product knowledge, demonstrations, and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment and build attractive displays.
- Process transactions accurately and handle inventory.
Qualifications
- Passion for cycling and strong communication skills.
- Commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Experience in sales or customer‑service roles preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
