Responsibilities: As a Senior Mechanic, you will play a key role in the workshop, ensuring high-quality servicing, repairs, and pre-delivery inspections (PDIs). You will oversee the bike workflow from start to finish. Support the development of Junior and Intermediate Mechanics, help maintain workshop efficiency and uphold safety, aiming for a 98% fault-free rate for bikes sent to members.
