We’re currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives / Line Walkers and Forklift Drivers to join our growing team in Gaydon. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well‑established and supportive company, offering competitive pay, regular shifts, and a positive team environment.

- Warehouse Operative / Line Walker: £12.52 per hour
- Forklift Driver: £16.34 per hour
- Overtime: £18.78 per hour
Shift Patterns
- Warehouse Operative / Line Walker
- Monday to Thursday: 06:15 – 15:15
- Friday: 06:15 – 11:15
- Forklift Driver (Rotating Shifts)
- Day Shift: Monday–Thursday 06:00 – 14:00, Friday 06:00 – 12:00
- Late Shift: Monday–Thursday 14:00 – 01:00
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out line walking and general warehouse operative duties
- Operate Reach Truck, Counterbalance and PPT forklifts safely (where licensed)
- Pick, pack, move and store stock accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
- Process orders and ensure all stock is handled correctly
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients regarding daily requirements
- Support the wider team to meet targets and resolve issues promptly
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or production experience (essential)
- Valid Reach Truck / Counterbalance / PPT licences (for forklift roles)
- Computer literate with confidence using basic systems
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and reliability
- Team‑focused attitude and proactive approach
