Your Impact: As a Transport Clerk, you’ll be the heartbeat of our logistics team, ensuring our Linehaul routes operate as planned. You’ll track drivers’ arrivals, dispatch routes, and keep vital departments informed—helping us deliver exceptional service every step of the way.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordination & Communication: Work closely with Hub and Network Operations, Transport, and Security teams, ensuring updates on arrivals or any issues are shared promptly to keep operations flowing.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Perform licence checks for agency drivers, ensuring we stay compliant with O Licence Regulations.
- Administrative Support: Handle telephone queries, emails, and dispatch drivers, keeping everything organised.
- Operational Assistance: Support Transport Shift Managers and Operations Managers with essential administrative tasks.
