We\’re looking for an experienced Forklift Driver to join our busy warehouse operation in Gaydon. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well‑established company, offering regular shifts, great rates of pay, and a supportive team environment.
Location: Gaydon
Pay Rate: £16.34 per hour
Overtime: £18.78 per hour
Contract Type: Full‑time, ongoing
Shifts: Rotating (Days & Lates)
Shift Schedule
- Day Shift – Monday, Thursday: 06:00‑14:00; Friday: 06:00‑12:00
- Late Shift – Monday, Thursday: 14:00‑01:00
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Reach Truck/Counterbalance and PPT forklifts safely and efficiently
- Carry out line walking and general warehouse duties as required
- Pick, move, and store stock accurately according to site standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Process orders efficiently and meet daily production targets
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
Requirements
- Valid Reach Truck/Counterbalance and PPT licenses (in date)
- Previous warehouse or production experience
- Computer literate with confidence using basic systems
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- A reliable and team‑focused attitude
