Join to apply for the Class 1 Driver role at Bike Builders Bible Inc. We’re looking for experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join DHL in Brackmills, Northampton. You’ll be responsible for safe, timely deliveries and collections, operating modern, well-maintained vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 1 vehicles
- Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle checks
- Maintain accurate records and delivery logs
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety procedures
What You’ll Need
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence (held for at least 1 year)
- Minimum 1 year of Class 1 driving experience (retail experience preferred)
- CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
- Maximum of 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)
- Sound understanding of Drivers Hours, Regulations, and the Working Time Directive
Pay & Benefits
- Basic (Weekday): £18.07/hour
- Overtime: £27.11/hour (after 8 hours Mon-Fri)
- Overtime rate for all hours worked at weekends
- Temp to Perm opportunities
