Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the supply chain, demand planning and global logistics for our fast-growing, founder-led jewellery brand. You’ll build scalable systems and processes, working directly with the Founder, Amelia Hitchcock-Merritt, in a tight-knit team that values transparency and bold thinking.
You will own forecasting models, inventory strategy across UK, EU and US warehouses, production scheduling, freight, and customs.
