Overview
The position\’s primary focus will be in the areas of computer operations, user and desktop support (hardware and software), helpdesk, Microsoft Office, and networking support. This is a first-line support role involving network, hardware, and Microsoft software support. You will also be responsible for managing software upgrades, and basic PC maintenance including moving PCs, installing new PCs, installing software on existing PCs, and daily checks of networks and servers.

Qualifications
- Education: College graduate or equivalent with computer operations certification such as Microsoft Certified Professional or equivalent. A level in IT technologies beneficial.
- Skills and Experience: Two or more years of related experience with computers including Windows operating systems and understanding of network infrastructure. Knowledge of hardware and software, notably Microsoft Windows/Office and Active Directory. Experience in Apple OS X would be beneficial.
- Additional training will be provided to the successful applicant.
