Main responsibilities
As Brand Manager EK, you will be responsible for the strategic and commercial development of the brand within the Bihr/Powersports distribution network across France and Europe. Your mission: to maximize EK’s performance in European markets by deploying effective go-to-market strategies aligned with the brand’s global vision, while supporting local teams in commercial execution. You will actively contribute to strengthening brand awareness, visibility, and preference across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Brand strategy & development
- Act as the main point of contact between EK, the Bihr Transmission Product Manager, and internal teams.
- Develop and implement the brand strategy across European markets.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality brand representation across all sales channels.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify growth opportunities in each market.
- Commercial & marketing execution
- Support local sales teams to strengthen EK’s presence in the field (dealers, distributors, retailers, e-commerce, etc.).
- Develop and roll out marketing and commercial plans tailored to each country.
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and European campaigns.
- Collaborate with Purchasing teams to ensure an efficient stock strategy aligned with market needs.
- Sales support & training
- Provide internal teams and clients with sales tools and training materials on the EK product range.
- Organize sales initiatives, reseller events, and promotional operations.
- Represent the brand at trade shows and international events.
- Performance monitoring & reporting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (sales, margins, availability, market share, etc.).
- Ensure regular reporting on commercial and marketing activities.
- Identify improvement levers and optimization opportunities for brand development.
- Manage the brand budget and ensure optimal return on investment.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, or sales.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or sales, ideally in the motorcycle, technical parts, or equipment sector.
- Strong knowledge of network development, commercial strategy, and product marketing.
- Good understanding of the European market and its local specificities.
- Proficiency in English (German, Spanish, or Italian is a plus).
- Excellent command of office tools and digital marketing tools.
