The Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and delivery of our marketing strategy. You'll play a key role in growing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting commercial growth across our UK-wide operations.

What You'll Do

• Liaise with senior management to shape which services are promoted and align marketing activity with business goals
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our removals, relocation, packing, delivery, shipping, and storage services
• Contribute to sales strategy and set realistic, achievable sales targets
• Conduct market research, including customer surveys and market trend analysis, to understand customer needs
• Analyse customer feedback on service quality, pricing, and overall offering to drive improvements
• Compile and report on marketing and sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
• Manage our digital presence, including the website, social media channels, and online advertising
• Plan and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across channels
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients, negotiating contracts where required
• Manage relationships with external suppliers, agencies, and marketing partners
• Recruit, manage, and develop marketing staff or contractors as the function grows
• Monitor competitor activity in the UK removals and logistics sector and adjust strategy accordingly
• Ensure all marketing materials and communications are accurate and consistent with company branding
