Role Overview
As a BIGO LIVE Agency Leader, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new hosts, supporting their growth, and earning income through direct recruitment rewards and long-term performance incentives. Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new livestream hosts in the UK through online and offline channels
- Support hosts with onboarding, daily streaming activity, and performance growth
- Guide hosts on content direction, consistency, and platform best practices
- Build, manage, and grow a sustainable host team over time
Host (Live Streamer)
- Engage with viewers through conversation, interaction, and live activities
- Maintain a regular streaming schedule and positive on-camera presence
