Responsibilities
- Develop and grow an existing book of agency business by scaling current agencies' territory, pitching for new agencies' activations, proving impact through achieving KPIs such as an increase in agency number and revenue, growth of active broadcasters per agency, etc.
- Accurately forecast revenue delivery and identify opportunities to prevent or bridge gaps in goals.
- Manage a full P&L, including planning, forecasting, and driving growth for your expertise to accommodate deadlines that impact the business.
- Manage broadcaster agencies at scale; monitor the partner's performance through tools and timely communication with direct supervisor, and deliver on initiatives with external partners while managing timelines, assets, and deliverables in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Deliver best-in-class customer experience: reactively troubleshoot any practical problem occurring to the agencies and proactively anticipate any challenge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 2+ years of experience in negotiations, account, or vendor management.
- Team management experience is a plus.
- Problem solver capable of navigating ambiguity and proactively providing effective solutions to customer needs.
- Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines.
- Sound analytical skills in Google Sheets (Excel).
- Experience working with revenue targets in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
