What you’ll be doing day‑to‑day

- CREATE UX DESIGN: Create key UX deliverables such as wireframes, user flows and customer journey maps, collaborating with senior designers for feedback and guidance. Ensure your designs align with user needs and business goals, balancing creativity with functionality.
- CLIENT COLLABORATION: Play an active role in client workshops, sprint ceremonies and strategic discussions, confidently presenting your work and insights. Help stakeholders embed user‑centred thinking across teams, influencing decisions that drive long‑term improvement.
- STRATEGIC THINKING: Translate research findings into meaningful design decisions and strategic recommendations. Contribute to the development of product and service concepts that elevate the customer experience and support the client’s transformation goals.
