Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Have an active real estate license in NH, ME, MA, or VT
• Be driven to work independently and take control of your career
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a strong work ethic and the ambition to grow a successful business

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and network to generate leads
• Show properties and assist home buyers
• Market listings and work with home sellers
• Leverage the Bean Group’s proven tools and systems to scale your business
• Generate leads for potential clients
• Attend training sessions to enhance real estate knowledge and skills
• Follow up on leads until appointments are scheduled with either a listing or buyer’s agent
• Communicate regularly with homebuyers via phone calls and emails to maintain relationships and ensure brand recall
• Produce monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress towards company goals
• Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and successfully convert them into new clients
• Utilize the CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information for agents
• Schedule appointments and conduct them efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Compensation: $97,000.00 – $250,000.00 (commission-based potential)
