The Senior Project Manager position has broad responsibilities in land development and delivery of base building and tenant improvements for multiple projects in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industries.

Responsibilities:
- Provide broad-based project management oversight of the design and construction of projects for MRA and its clients.
- Manage a pipeline of land development, ground-up, renovation, and tenant improvement projects with pre-established financial guidelines.
- Set project direction and establish project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Establish and maintain first-rate construction quality levels for all parties involved during planning, design, construction, leasing, and ongoing operation.
- Implement company policies, procedures, and controls.
- Work with all departments, including leasing, accounting, marketing, and property management, to ensure that all aspects of the project are coordinated and communicated.
- Establish new client relationships and pursue new income-producing opportunities for the company.
- Make an overall contribution to the success of the company.
- Become a valuable team member who enables the company's growth.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience working on commercial construction projects, including redevelopment projects.
- Wet and dry laboratory experience is preferred.
- Healthcare experience is preferred.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of construction means and methods.
- Detailed understanding of project financials, specifications, construction documents, and scheduling.
- Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and structural designs and installations.
- Strong time-management skills, capable of managing schedules and deadlines for multiple projects.
- Ability to manage third-party consultants and contractors throughout the course of the project.
