Responsibilities
- Respond to and follow up with inbound buyer and seller leads using phone, text, email, and CRM tools
- Guide clients through the home buying and selling process from initial consultation to closing
- Conduct showings, host open houses, and provide local market insights to clients
- Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with other professionals throughout the transaction
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and team members to ensure a smooth experience
- Actively participate in team trainings, meetings, and growth activities to sharpen your skills
- Uphold the team’s standards for service, professionalism, and client care
