Responsibilities
- Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly.
- Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched.
- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service.
- Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales.
Qualifications
- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
- Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research.
- Team player who believes their success is the team’s success.
- Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Completes tasks quickly and efficiently.
