Responsibilities

1. Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly.
2. Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business.
3. Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched.
4. Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service.
5. Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales.

Qualifications

1. Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
2. Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research.
3. Team player who believes their success is the team’s success.
4. Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills.
5. Completes tasks quickly and efficiently.
