We are seeking an attorney with a knack for sales to connect clients with the solutions we offer. This unique opportunity is for a sales-driven attorney with a desire to connect people to the help we can give them. This position does not require the attorney to find leads; the attorney will meet with our prospective clients who are scheduled on the attorney's calendar. This position allows you to focus on selling immigration services without doing the legal work!
Requirements:
- U.S. bar license is required.
- Must have sales experience and passion for sales.
- Must be fluent in English AND a non-English language.
- No need for immigration law experience.
- Must be able to commute--without complaint--to Cambridge, MA.
Responsibilities:
- Sell immigration services to prospective clients.
- Meet specific sales goals to reach various bonuses.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Utilize strong sales techniques to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Quickly learn and apply knowledge of immigration law to identify services available to clients and to effectively communicate with clients about their questions, goals, and prospective work with our firm.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage leads using our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications:
- Attorney licensed in any U.S. state.
- Strong sales skills and dynamic personality.
- Some immigration law knowledge or the ability to learn quickly.
- Based in the Boston area.
- Fully fluent in English plus highly fluent in a non-English language, such as Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, or Mandarin.
Preference: Experience in immigration law as an attorney or prior to becoming an attorney.
Compensation: $60 hourly
