Competitive hourly wage: $20 – $30.

Responsibilities

1. Lead dynamic and high-energy Valley Strong boot camp-style fitness classes catering to a diverse clientele in Stockton, CA.
2. Offer individualized coaching and encouragement to support clients in reaching their fitness and wellness objectives.
3. Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and oversee client form to maintain a secure workout environment.
4. Create and execute innovative and challenging workout routines to keep clients motivated and engaged.
5. Monitor client progress, offer constructive feedback, and adapt workout plans as necessary for optimal results.
6. Encourage and motivate individuals to reach their fitness goals.
7. Accountability to all Valley Strong group members in helping them reach their fitness goals.

Qualifications

1. 2+ years of experience in fitness coaching or personal training.
2. Strong interpersonal communication skills.
3. Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
4. Knowledge of fitness and nutrition principles.
5. US Work Authorization.

Compensation: $20 – $30 hourly
