Salesforce is the most important technology platform in our company. It is our central store of all records relating to commercial and customer service activities. We are recruiting for a Salesforce Administrator who will support users in their day-to-day, assist in maintaining the system, and work with the business on the continuous improvement and deployment of an ambitious Salesforce roadmap. Our Salesforce stack includes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud Site, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), and various other third-party apps from the ecosystem.
We’re looking for a proactive and curious individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback and implementing scalable best-practice solutions. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, a desire to provide outstanding day-to-day user support, a learning mindset, and the ability to configure solutions with user satisfaction a priority.
What You’ll Do
- Handle administrative functions and configuration including user management, permissions, sharing rules, objects, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, reports & dashboards, and Flow across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and our Experience Cloud Site.
- Support day-to-day user queries.
- Proactive system maintenance including keeping up with Release Updates, Health Check, etc.
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
- Identify and gather user requirements.
- Provide ongoing user training and create training materials/technical documentation as needed.
- Sandbox environment management.
- Communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
- Work with integrated applications including Cloudingo, DealHub, Gainsight, Natterbox, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.
What We’re Looking For
- Certified Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and 1+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, Experience Cloud Site is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports.
- Available and responsive to questions.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive attitude to implementing best practice solutions.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm towards continued personal/professional development.
