As we continue to expand our product portfolio and market presence, we are looking for a skilled Product Marketing Lead to help scale our product marketing function support commercial success across key product lines. This role combines practical product marketing execution with strategic leadership. You will oversee the go‑to‑market strategy for BigHand’s Workflow Management and Business Intelligence products, while also helping to establish scalable processes and frameworks across the broader product marketing function.
You will work cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to ensure our products are clearly positioned in the market, effectively launched, and supported with the insights and resources needed to improve revenue growth and maintain ARR. In addition, this role will help shape how the product marketing function evolves, including spotting opportunities to better integrate AI into research, insights, messaging, and internal workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Be accountable for the product marketing strategy for BigHand’s Workflow Management and Business Intelligence product lines.
- Work with brand marketing to translate product capabilities into clear value propositions, differentiated messaging, and compelling market positioning.
- Help ensure all product marketing activity directly supports commercial goals, revenue growth, and customer retention.
- Manage and mentor members of the product marketing team, supporting a collaborative, accountable and impact‑focused culture.
- Oversee and coordinate the end‑to‑end planning and execution of product launches for your products, coordinating with product management, demand generation, and sales.
- Support the wider team to develop and maintain go‑to‑market strategies for BigHand’s wider product portfolio.
- Ensure launch plans drive measurable adoption, pipeline impact, and ARR growth.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to deliver high‑impact enablement materials.
- Build and maintain a solid understanding of the legal technology landscape.
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and market research.
- Coordinate win/loss analysis to identify commercial trends and opportunities.
- Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to capture customer feedback and market signals.
- Help shape and communicate the product roadmap narrative to customers and prospects.
- Manage product user groups and support customer advisory initiatives.
- Work with the Marketing Operations team to develop scalable processes and best practices across the product marketing function, supported by data.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate AI tools and automation into workflows such as research, messaging development, competitive analysis, and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a marketing role, with a minimum of 4+ years in a Product Marketing role within B2B SaaS or technology.
- Demonstrated experience leading product launches and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Experience managing or mentoring product marketing professionals.
- Ability to connect marketing initiatives to revenue outcomes, pipeline growth, and ARR retention.
- Able to translate product capabilities into market opportunity and commercial positioning and craft clear compelling messaging for internal and external audiences.
- Ability to work effectively across product, sales, marketing, and leadership teams and contribute to decision‑making with senior teams.
- Ability to translate data, research, and customer insights into action.
- Interest in exploring how AI can enhance product marketing processes and impact.
