About the role We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Analyst to drive marketing efficiency by analyzing campaign performance, tracking key metrics, and providing data-driven recommendations to improve ROI. You will work within the Marketing Operations team and cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Content Marketing teams to set objectives, measure success, and ensure continuous optimization of marketing efforts. This role is critical in helping us make smarter budget decisions, enhance campaign effectiveness, and maximize revenue impact. What you’ll do Analyse campaign performance metrics across individual marketing activities including email, ABM, paid and organic digital and social, and provide actionable insights in real-time to improve results and efficiency. Collaborate with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Content Marketing to set, track and report on measurable campaign objectives (e.g. CTR, engagement, conversions). Optimize ROI by tracking campaign spend, identifying inefficiencies, and driving changes across campaigns. Develop and maintain real-time campaign dashboards/reports to track campaign success across multiple channels (paid media, email, ABM, content, etc). Work with Head of Marketing Operations to improve marketing attribution models (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch) to better understand the impact of different campaign activities. Advise on and conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve conversion rates and audience engagement. Provide strategic recommendations based on campaign insights to inform future marketing strategies and budget allocations. What we’re looking for 3-5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign analysis, or marketing operations. Strong understanding of B2B marketing metrics (ROI, CAC, pipeline impact, attribution modelling). Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, marketing automation tools (Pardot preferable), and CRM systems (Salesforce preferable). Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI preferable). Ability to analyse large datasets and extract meaningful insights to improve marketing performance. Strong communication skills to present insights and work cross-functionally with multiple teams. Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and predictive modelling for campaign performance is a plus.
