About the role

We’re looking for a Campaign Insight Analyst to be the bridge between marketing data and action. In this role, your focus won’t just be on data collection—it will be about uncovering meaningful insights and bringing them to life across the marketing team in real time. Your work will empower teams to adapt campaigns on the fly, make smarter use of budgets, and maximize marketing impact. You’ll be a key partner to Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Content teams, ensuring decisions are grounded in data that’s timely, clear, and actionable.

What you’ll do

  • Act as the insight engine behind our campaigns—surfacing key performance trends across email, digital, ABM, social, and content to influence real-time decisions and improve results.
  • Work hand-in-hand with campaign owners to align on clear goals (like engagement, conversion, or reach) and ensure they have the visibility they need to optimize performance throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Identify where campaigns are over- or under-performing and collaborate with teams to pivot strategies or reallocate resources for better impact.
  • Manage and tailor real-time dashboards and reporting tools that help marketers quickly understand what’s working and what’s not.
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing Operations to evolve how we measure impact across the buyer journey—helping us better connect activities to outcomes.
  • Support A/B testing and other experiments by providing clear insight into results and what they mean for future campaigns.
  • Deliver regular performance summaries and insight briefings to inform future marketing plans, spend decisions, and strategic shifts.

What we’re looking for

  • 3–5+ years of experience turning marketing data into actionable insights, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • A knack for storytelling with data—able to clearly communicate trends, challenges, and opportunities to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional marketing teams and influencing campaign direction based on insight.
  • Familiarity with tools that support campaign tracking and reporting (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and data dashboards).
  • Comfortable working with KPIs like engagement, conversion rates, pipeline influence, and marketing ROI—not just reporting them, but helping teams act on them.
  • Bonus: Experience with predictive analytics or AI-driven tools that support proactive campaign decision-making.

What we offer

  • 25 days holiday (exc. bank holidays) + 3 BigHand days off between Christmas & New Year
  • Various wellbeing benefits including private medical, vision, online wellbeing programs & webinars, access to online therapy and Employee Resource Groups (ERG)
  • Company-wide Wellness day, for our teams all across the globe to switch off and spend the day doing something to nourish their mental health
  • Opportunities to give back with company volunteer events and individual volunteer days
  • Career growth opportunities and study leave allowance
  • Family benefits including enhanced parental leave, secondary caregiver leave and fertility support
  • Financial benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and salary sacrificing
  • Cycle to Work Scheme and Tech Scheme
  • Growing business with a global presence, flexible working, modern offices, and remote work options
