About the roleThe position of Junior Implementation Consultant requires candidates with a strong combination of people skills and technical know-how. This is a client‐facing role, so excellent communication skills are essential. We are looking for applicants who are entrepreneurial, organised, focused, creative problem solvers, able to work independently, and who embrace a home‐based working lifestyle. You will be joining an elite group of practitioners at BigHand who share these qualities.

What you\’ll do

Work directly with law firm clients to implement and support Iridium products and solutions.

Manage client product implementations from start to finish.

Participate and lead requirements‐gathering sessions.

Deliver engaging client training sessions.

Design, develop, and test client‐specific customisations and enhancements.

Provide post‐implementation support and mentor other team members.

Occasionally travel to client sites.

What we\’re looking for

Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you\’ll be the face of BigHand to our clients.

Technical aptitude with experience in SQL (T‐SQL preferred); knowledge of HTML, C#, or similar technologies is a bonus.

Previous experience in a client‐facing technical role.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Legal IT experience is a plus but not essential.
