This exciting role is a key position within our Fuel Services Team and the successful candidate will be calm, professional and discreet at all times. This is a customer focused role within the laid down procedural requirements. The role holder is expected to deal appropriately with a wide range of people to ensure they have an exceptional experience at the airport – this includes crew, engineers and tenants – showing diplomacy and professionalism whilst fulfilling an essential operational role.

London Biggin Hill Airport has a one-team approach and, although you will be working in the Fuel Services Team, there will be times when you may be asked to help out in other areas to ensure that customer service is never compromised.
