HR Administrator

We are excited to be recruiting an HR Administrator to join our small, friendly HR Team.

London Biggin Hill Airport strives to be London’s preeminent full-service Business Aviation Airport and a leading centre for aviation technology and enterprise. We demonstrate integrity, innovation, professionalism, accountability and respect.

The Role

This valued role will support the HR team by providing proactive and detail orientated administrative support. You will be required to work across all areas of HR including recruitment, onboarding, training, and payroll, guided your HR colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include uploading vacancies to our careers website, corresponding with applicants via our applicant tracking system, processing pre-employment checks, maintaining accurate records, supporting payroll input, booking development opportunities and other ad hoc administration.

Qualifications

To be successful, you must be able to provide great customer service, have excellent organisation and administration skills, be a team player and have a strong eye for detail. Candidates will need to demonstrate integrity and have an awareness of HR roles and responsibilities.

Salary

The salary for this role is £28,000p.a. for a 37 hour week. Some flexibility regarding hours for the right candidate will also be considered.
