Bigger Than Us Residency is seeking a Volunteer Grant Writer to help secure funding for our pilot program. This role is ideal for someone with experience in nonprofit fundraising, grant applications, or research. You will identify funding opportunities, draft compelling grant proposals, and work closely with our team to align funding requests with our mission.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential grant opportunities for the residency.
- Write and submit grant proposals to foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
- Develop a grants calendar and track deadlines, requirements, and follow-ups.
- Work with the team to align funding needs with residency goals.
- Assist in developing budgets and impact reports for grant applications.
Ideal Candidate:
