We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can confidently work across print, digital and occasional motion graphics. If you have illustration skills or experience designing for email marketing — especially within Dotdigital we would like to hear from you.
You’ll join a friendly, collaborative creative team where no two days look the same, and where your ideas genuinely help shape our brands. You’ll work closely with designers, videographers, marketers and teams across the wider business, supporting five brands within the BiGDUG/Takkt family. Commercial awareness is key, as is the ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping quality high and deadlines on track. Responsibilities- Design and produce marketing and sales emails across five brands.
- Create digital and print assets including web banners, social graphics, brochures and large‑format designs.
- Produce product‑based literature such as assembly guides and technical documents.
- Present creative concepts for major campaigns to senior stakeholders.
- Own brand consistency across all creative output from concept to completion.
- Work closely with the wider creative team to deliver cohesive, on‑brand campaigns.
- Support photoshoots, video production and studio prep when needed.
- Liaise with teams across the business to gather information and understand project requirements.
- Provide creative input for marketing activity and brand development.
- Work across multiple brands within the BiGDUG group and the wider TAKKT portfolio.
- Adapt design styles to suit different brand identities while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Contribute to ongoing brand evolution and creative improvements.
- A creative thinker who learns quickly and isn’t afraid to experiment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your design ability, creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to critique your own work and give/receive constructive feedback.
- Experience designing for both online and offline channels.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Ideally, experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro or basic HTML.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and tools like SharePoint.
- Experience with wireframing or mock‑ups (e.g., Adobe XD) is a bonus.
- Solid understanding of design principles — layout, colour, typography, hierarchy and brand.
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting ideas to others.
- Interest in UX design principles is advantageous.
