Welcome to the Agentic Commerce Era. At Commerce, our mission is to empower businesses to innovate, grow, and thrive with our open, AI-driven commerce ecosystem. We connect the tools and systems that power growth, enabling businesses to unlock the full potential of their data, deliver seamless and personalized experiences across every channel, and adapt swiftly to an ever-changing market.

This is a paid media role built around product data feeds - the engine behind paid advertising performance across Google, Meta and TikTok. You'll own a portfolio of premier advertising clients and be responsible for the feeds that power their campaigns: making sure their product data is clean, well-structured and optimised so their ads perform.

Day to day, that means managing and optimising product feeds across channels, turning feed performance into measurable improvements in click-through rate, impressions and overall ad results — and being the trusted advisor who tells that story back to the client.

If you already live in paid channels and understand how the campaigns work, we'll train you on the deeper feed mechanics and the client-management craft. The one thing we can't train is your instinct for the channels and the numbers — bring that, and we'll give you everything else.

You'll be one of six Feed Managers in the EMEA team, working closely with our global (US) colleagues and with dedicated technical, onboarding and support teams. There are no direct reports — this is a hands-on individual-contributor role with real breadth and room to grow.

What You'll Do
  • Own and optimise the product data feeds for a portfolio of 10–14 advertising clients, keeping product data accurate, well-mapped and tuned for performance.
  • Use feed optimisation to drive paid-channel performance across Google, Meta and TikTok — improving core metrics such as click-through rate and impressions, and building a clear performance story over time.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for your clients, from day-to-day contacts to senior stakeholders.
  • Run regular client check-ins to review feed and campaign performance, share insights and shape strategic next steps.
  • Partner with Sales on renewals, business reviews and growth opportunities.
  • Assess feed data quality, troubleshoot discrepancies, and optimise feeds for delivery across platforms.
  • Set and manage client expectations, escalate issues when needed, and keep satisfaction high.
  • Keep clear documentation of feed configurations, optimisation strategies and client growth plans.
  • Collaborate with technical, onboarding and global teams on shared clients and new builds.
Who You Are
  • ~3 years' experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce, with genuine hands-on experience running paid channels (paid search and/or paid social on Google, Meta or TikTok).
  • Real ownership of an ad budget to drive ROI — you've managed spend and you understand how the channels actually work, not just in theory.
  • Comfort with performance data — you can read channel metrics and act on them to improve results.
  • Strong communication and relationship skills — a natural instinct for what good client service looks like.
  • Highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent practical experience.
[Nice to Have]
  • Hands-on experience with product data feeds or feed-management platforms (e.g. Google Merchant Center, feed-based campaigns).
  • A working knowledge of data handling — delimited files, XML, APIs, or basic scripting/data mapping.
  • Previous client or account-management experience.
  • Background in e-commerce performance specifically.
