The Implementation Associate plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer onboarding experience, supporting client retention initiatives through modular training, data services and design solutions. Working closely with senior team members, you’ll help guide clients through successful deployments and ensure they feel confident using our platform from day one.

Location: Leeds (LS15), on-site.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide data & design services to customers such as importing files and creating reports or output documents.
  • Facilitate modular feature-based training of Simpro Group’s products.
  • Assist senior staff by working collaboratively to provide training or data & design services to onboarding or expansion clients.
  • Help with customer preparation sessions or assist with administrative and project-related initiatives.
  • Facilitate feature-based workshops or group learning modules.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge, including staying up to date with recent product releases.
  • Work towards developing industry knowledge and business acumen.
  • Pursue opportunities to promote customer features or add-on adoption.

What You’ll Bring

  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, organisational, and questioning skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite is preferred.
  • A good understanding of cloud-based technologies and systems.
  • The ability to keep up with regular product rollouts and maintain expert knowledge of the Simpro suite of products.
  • Ideally, experience of working in a data driven environment.
  • An ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
  • An inquisitive and solution focused mindset.
