As an Account Executive - NCA, you'll own the full new-business journey. You won't inherit a book of accounts - you'll build your own pipeline and turn opportunities into new logos. Your success will come from your drive, commercial instinct and ability to build trust quickly and convert it into results.This is a full-cycle, net-new business role. Location: Leeds (LS15), hybrid.What You'll DoHunt & Acquire:Own a defined territory and ICP - research, target and relentlessly pursue net-new logos. Prospect through every channel available: cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, partner referrals, networking events and industry conferences.Run the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract - discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close.Operate with Discipline:Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce - pipeline, activities, forecasts and deal stages. Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Implementation and Account Management to ensure a smooth hand-off post-close.What You'll Bring5+ years of B2B SaaS or field service industry sales experience with a verifiable track record of quota attainment.Proven hunter - you've consistently opened new logos, not just expanded existing accounts. Strong command of Salesforce or equivalent CRM.Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for client visits.
