A well-established London workplace design & build contractor is looking for a Revit-strong Technical Designer to support delivery across commercial office projects. You’ll sit firmly on the technical side of the business, producing and managing detailed construction information from Stage 4 onwards.
If you enjoy solving technical problems, tightening up drawing packages and making sure what’s designed can actually be built, this will suit you.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for developing, coordinating and maintaining robust technical drawing packages across multiple live projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Producing detailed Stage 4+ technical packages in Revit.
- Developing GA drawings, RCPs, setting out information and detailed joinery packages.
- Creating and refining construction details.
- Coordinating architectural drawings with MEP and specialist subcontractors.
- Managing drawing revisions and maintaining BIM standards.
- Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations.
- Supporting RFIs and resolving technical queries during construction.
- Attending coordination and site meetings where required.
This is delivery-focused, fast-paced and detail-driven.
About You
