We are looking for a talented and creative Content Creator to visually capture and showcase projects, people and culture across Europe for a rapidly growing international D&B studio. This person will be responsible for producing high-quality photography, videography and visual content that strengthens brand presence, supports business development activity and showcases the exceptional workplace spaces they deliver for renowned clients. The successful candidate will regularly travel to project locations, creating engaging visual content from live construction sites, completed workplaces, client events and company activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Photography & Videography
- Capture professional photography across completed projects, live sites, events and company activities.
- Produce high-quality video content for social media, websites and marketing campaigns.
- Film project walkthroughs, interviews and behind-the-scenes content.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and quality expectations.
- Content Production
- Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content.
- Create engaging visual content optimised for LinkedIn, website and presentations.
- Develop project highlight reels, case study videos and company showcase content.
- Produce motion graphics and simple animations where required.
- Manage post-production workflows including editing, colour correction, sound and formatting.
- Project & Event Coverage
- Travel across Europe to document project milestones and completed spaces.
- Attend project handovers, client events and company functions.
- Coordinate content capture with project teams, clients and external suppliers.
- Maintain a consistent flow of fresh visual content throughout the year.
- Asset Management
- Maintain and organise the company photography and video library.
- Ensure content is correctly tagged, archived and accessible.
- Manage equipment and coordinate external photographers or videographers when required.
Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in photography and videography.
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Premiere Pro, Lightroom and Photoshop.
