Site Manager – Luxury Residential Chichester, West Sussex £60,000–£70,000 + Package I’m working with an established High End Residential contractor on a £16m luxury new build near Chichester, and they need an experienced Site Manager to take the reins for the final six months. All the heavy construction is pretty much done, so this is the best part of the job. You’ll take full ownership of the high-end internal fit-out and finishes, turning an impressive 8,000 sq ft building into a seriously special private home, with an outdoor swimming pool, outbuildings and some exceptional bespoke detailing along the way. You’ll be the main person on site, managing specialist subcontractors, coordinating trades and keeping the programme moving, with a visiting Project Manager behind you. It’s real autonomy to run the job properly, with support when you need it. And it doesn’t stop there. They’ve got a strong pipeline of high-end residential work coming through, with future schemes in Godalming, Southampton and Winchester, so there’s a genuine chance to build something longer term.
