Senior Technical Designer/Architect – Commercial Workplace – D&B – Client Side

£60,000 – £70,000 + 10% bonus I Permanent I West London I Revit (essential)

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing, delivery-focused studio doing some of the most ambitious commercial fit-out work in London.

You’ll be the go-to for all things technical – working mainly on RIBA Stages 3–5, producing sharp tender packages, and pushing projects over the line with confidence. It’s a role for someone who wants to get things built, fast, and to a seriously high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Lead post‑planning technical delivery across RIBA Stages 3–5, ensuring QA and buildability
  • Develop and coordinate complete tender packages (drawings, schedules, specs)
  • Produce detailed Revit models – including constructive & MEP coordination work
  • Uphold and advance BIM standards, clash detection, and coordination workflows
  • Drive high-speed delivery without sacrificing design quality
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to close detail loops

Requirements

  • Proven track record submitting full tender packages for commercial workplace fit outs
  • Advanced Revit and BIM proficiency, with coordination and data extraction experience
  • Excellent technical detailing abilities
  • Solid commercial workplace fit-out experience, design & build experience highly advantageous
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, interdisciplinary environment
  • D&B experience advantageous – preference given to candidates familiar with integrated delivery models
