We're talking projects ranging from £2m to £20m , a premium Central London base and a genuine opportunity to build something of your own.
You'll report directly to a Project Director, with a Construction Manager working under you. But the real opportunity goes beyond delivery. You'll be involved in winning work, pitching to clients, leading tenders and building your own pipeline .
The ambition is to give the right person the platform to step up to Project Director, build their own pod and play a major part in the business's growth.

What you'll be getting stuck into:
- Leading major projects: Take ownership of programming and delivery across schemes worth £2m-£20m.
- Winning work: Get involved in tenders, pitches and bids, helping turn opportunities into projects.
- Building your team: Lead the Construction Manager working under you and develop the foundations of your own pod.
- Growing your pipeline: Build client relationships, identify opportunities and create work rather than simply waiting for the next project to land.
- Working at Director level: Partner closely with the Project Director on delivery, commercial performance and business growth.
- Taking the next step: Build the track record, client relationships and work-winning ability to move into a Project Director role.

- A strong track record delivering high-value fit-out projects, ideally in the £2m-£20m range.
- The ability to take control of a programme and drive a project from start to finish.
- Experience in tenders, pitching and bidding, or the confidence and appetite to get properly involved.
