We’re working with a renowned international design studio with a presence in London, New York, and Shanghai – known for their award-winning, climate-driven landscapes and urban regeneration work. Positioned at the intersection of public realm, urban design and site-specific art, they bring over 40 years of global experience to some of the most transformative city-centre and cultural projects around the world.

They’re now looking for a Senior Designer to join their London studio – someone creative, concept-driven and highly skilled in translating bold ideas into impactful, buildable design. You’ll work closely with the Design Director, taking a leading role on a range of ambitious national and international projects, from public art installations to large-scale masterplans.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior role in an award-winning, international team that’s committed to pushing the boundaries of contemporary landscape architecture.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Guide and mentor junior staff, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic team culture
  • Work closely with project managers, directors and consultants to deliver coordinated, high-quality work
  • Take part in internal design reviews, QA procedures, and regular project meetings
  • Represent the studio at client and strategic project meetings, both in the UK and internationally
  • Maintain project documentation, manage information flow, and ensure deadlines are met

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years’ experience in landscape architecture, with a standout portfolio
  • Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent; Registered/Chartered or working toward
  • A confident visual communicator: fluent in hand sketching, 3D modelling, and diagramming
  • Mastery of Rhino, AutoCAD, Lumion and Adobe Suite; Grasshopper and Revit/BIM are a plus
  • Strong material knowledge including planting, furnishing, and hardscape detailing
  • Proven experience across all project phases – concept to construction documentation
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • A collaborative communicator who thrives in a multicultural studio environment
  • Fluent English, spoken and written

Salary: £45,000 – £48,000
