Senior Interior Designer/Architect – Commercial D&B – Workplace
This is a great opportunity for a senior designer who loves big ideas and enjoys being part of the conversation, not just behind the screen.
You’ll be working within a renowned studio in a unique pod that brings architecture and design & build together in one integrated team – a proper all‑in‑one team that takes projects from concept through to delivery under one roof.
The role suits someone confident in their creative voice, comfortable presenting ideas, and excited by the commercial side of design – helping shape projects from early pitch through to delivery, while collaborating closely with people who genuinely care about design quality and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead design thinking with bold, well‑considered concepts
- Produce strong, compelling ideas from pitch stage onwards
- Play an active role in winning work and shaping proposals
- Be client‑facing, building trust and enthusiasm around design ideas
- Collaborate closely with senior team members and stakeholders
- Deliver high‑quality design work using Revit
Requirements
- Experience working within a top AJ100 practice
- Strong workplace fit‑out background
- D&B experience highly advantageous
- Confident, personable, and comfortable presenting to clients
- Naturally collaborative, sociable, and commercially aware
- Hospitality project experience beneficial but not essential
