Across Europe, a brand-new division is being launched in Poland, expanding rapidly in the luxury residential market. They are looking for a Senior European Projects Lead to take ownership of cross-border, high-end residential schemes and help build a new arm of the business from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading luxury residential projects across multiple European locations
- Helping win new work and overseeing delivery to meticulous standards
- Managing UHNWI clients with confidence and professionalism
- Navigating different countries’ building regulations
- Travelling regularly between key European cities
- Representing the brand and selling the value of a top-tier contractor
- Helping grow a new division set to scale significantly over the next 3-5 years
