Senior Technical Architect – High-End Resi – Client Side
As a Senior Technical Architect, you’ll be a key player in delivering high-end residential projects, taking responsibility for detailed design stages through to completion. Working closely with a collaborative team of Architects, Designers, and Design Managers, you’ll produce detailed technical drawings in ArchiCAD, support on-site, and be a support for more junior technical team members.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality detailed drawings across various scales using ArchiCAD
- Collaborate with Architects, Designers, and Design Managers to ensure seamless delivery
- Lead technical solutions on luxury residential schemes, ensuring compliance and excellence
- Coordinate with external consultants and contractors throughout all project stages
- Contribute to problem-solving sessions and support junior team members with technical guidance
Requirements
- 7+ years post-qualification experience, with a strong focus on high-end residential projects
- A proven track record of delivering detailed design packages to the highest standards
- Highly proficient in ArchiCAD – you’ll be the go-to expert in the studio
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Experience liaising with consultants, contractors, and clients
- Friendly, personable, outgoing and client-facing character
