A small East London studio is looking for a senior architect who’s strong on residential delivery and confident technically. You’ll be the one driving tender information, shaping packages, and driving sizeable mixed‑use schemes through RIBA Stage 4. Lead, coordinate, and keep standards high without handholding.
Responsibilities
- Lead design-focused project delivery across large residential and mixed‑use schemes
- Drive technical design and produce robust Stage 4 packages
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and local authorities
- Mentor and oversee project teams, keeping quality and programme on track
- Manage workflows to ensure smooth, predictable delivery
- Use Revit daily to develop, detail, and communicate design intent
Requirements
- 3+ years post Part III
- Strong UK residential delivery track record (typically 100–300 units)
- Heavy technical experience and confidence in taking projects through all RIBA stages
- Advanced Revit skills
