I’m looking for a Project Manager with proven Prime / Super Prime experience to take full ownership of a flagship £6m Chelsea townhouse refurbishment.

This isn’t entry-level Prime.

This is high-value, high-expectation, detail-driven work with a discerning private client and zero room for error.

🔨 The Project

• £6m full refurbishment of a Chelsea townhouse
• 4 floors + basement
• Structural alterations and complex sequencing
• Luxury finishes throughout
• Single private client – high expectations, high standards

🧱 The Role

• Full ownership of programme and project delivery
• Managing high-end subcontractors and specialist trades
• Direct interaction with a private client team
• Driving quality control at true Super Prime level
• Reporting into senior leadership within a well-structured business

This is a visible leadership role – not one where you sit behind a desk.

💼 What You’ll Need

• Strong client-facing ability and confidence with UHNW clients
• Experience managing high-end subcontractors
• Solid understanding of structural alterations and luxury fit out
• Background with reputable Prime Residential contractors
• Work with one of the most respected names in the Prime market
• Strong pipeline of future Central London projects
