I’m currently working with a client to appoint an experienced Project Manager based around the Swindon / Cirencester area to oversee two exceptional high-end residential projects. This is a role for a PM who enjoys seeing projects through properly, building long-term client relationships, and being involved from early stages through to completion.

The Role
- Oversee delivery across both projects
- Manage programme, consultants, and subcontractors
- Act as the main point of contact for the client

What You’ll Need
- Proven experience delivering high-end or super prime residential projects
- Strong client-facing and organisational skills
- Ability to manage long-term, complex programmes
- Based in or around Swindon / Cirencester, or happy to commute
