Project Administrator – Construction | Berkshire | £30,000 – £35,000

Are you a highly organised and proactive administrator with experience in the construction industry? We’re working with a well-respected construction company based in Berkshire that is looking for a Project Administrator to join their growing team.

This is a varied role combining general project support with some PA responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and site teams
  • Coordinating project documentation, updating trackers, and maintaining project files
  • Preparing reports, presentations, meeting minutes and schedules
  • Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
  • Booking meetings, managing diaries, and arranging travel for senior management
  • Supporting with ad hoc office administration to keep everything running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the construction industry is essential
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and document control systems
  • A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

Salary - £30,00 - £35,000 + Benefits
