Project Administrator – Construction | Berkshire | £30,000 – £35,000
Are you a highly organised and proactive administrator with experience in the construction industry? We’re working with a well-respected construction company based in Berkshire that is looking for a Project Administrator to join their growing team.
This is a varied role combining general project support with some PA responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and site teams
- Coordinating project documentation, updating trackers, and maintaining project files
- Preparing reports, presentations, meeting minutes and schedules
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Booking meetings, managing diaries, and arranging travel for senior management
- Supporting with ad hoc office administration to keep everything running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the construction industry is essential
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and document control systems
- A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
Salary – £30,00 – £35,000 + Benefits
