Salary: Up to £80k + CommissionAbout the CompanyOur client is a growing provider of integrated workplace solutions, specialising in office design and build and furniture. They are looking for a Pre-Contracts Manager to join their team in Reading and help deliver projects up to circa £4m. 2025 has been and is looking to be a big year for them with a strong pipeline and big plans in the works making it an ideal time to join them in their journey.About the RoleOur client is seeking a Pre-Contracts Manager with desire to make a name for themselves by working on some of the hottest projects around alongside a professional team. Your primary objectives of the role will be the Pre-Contract process and estimating on projects.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Project Planning: The Pre-Construction Manager would work with the project team to develop a comprehensive project plan, including project scope, budget, and schedule.Design Coordination: They would work closely with architects & designers to ensure that design plans are coordinated and meet project requirements.Cost Estimating: The Pre-Construction Manager would prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, ensuring that all costs are accurately accounted for.Procurement: They would work with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment required for the project, ensuring that all procurement is done within budget and timeline constraints.Risk Management: They would identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential issues that may arise during the construction phase.The OfferIn return for your expertise, our client offers a competitive salary of up to £80,000 per annum, plus Commission.
