An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Manager to join a growing construction business based in North West London, with plans to relocate to Central London in the future.
You'll oversee the day-to-day running of the office while supporting the Directors with administration and business operations. Working alongside the retiring Office Manager during a handover period, you'll take ownership of the role and help develop office processes as the company continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day running of the office.
- Provide PA and administrative support to the Directors.
- Manage expenses, holiday records and office administration.
- Coordinate meetings, diaries, office supplies and facilities.
- Support onboarding, HR administration and project administration.
- Maintain company records and continually improve office processes.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an Office Manager or Office Administration role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Proactive, professional and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Construction or property experience and HR administration knowledge are advantageous but not essential.
- Salary of around £40,000 (negotiable depending on experience).
